Unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms are defined and understood as follows:

“Diag” is Lab Group International Vietnam Company Limited;

“Diag Medical Center” is medical facilities and clinics under the system of medical examination and treatment establishments of Diag;

“Customer” is a person who registers and/or uses Diag’s Services in Vietnam;

“Service” is the service provided by Diag under the brand name of Diag;

“Service Fee” is the cost/price/fee of Service listed on the Website;

“Samples” are samples used for testing, including but not limited to blood, saliva, urine, and nasal sample, taken from the Customer under Diag’s instructions;

“Service Request Form” is a form/text for the Customer to register their information and the Services;

“Report” is a report of testing results published by Diag under the Service that Customer requests Diag to provide, Customer acknowledges and agrees that any and all information and/or any advice given in the Report is for Customer’s reference only and all information contained in the Report is NOT considered to be Diag’s medical advice in any way;
